“Craic” (/?krack/krak), or “crack” is an Irish term for fun, entertainment and good times. The Celtic Craic has been performing since 2009 in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We have played in a variety of venues such as bars/pubs, weddings, and outdoor concerts.

Gerard was born and raised in County Kerry, Ireland where he learned to play traditional Irish accordion as a young lad. He also provides vocals, harmonica, and percussion.
Cathy has been singing and playing keyboards since the age of 3. She received a B.A. in music from Gustavus Adolphus College, where she played saxophone, piano, and sang in a variety of ensembles. She provides vocals, keyboard, guitar, and writes original songs in both traditional Irish and contemporary styles.
